ENROLLMENT PROCESS
We try to keep our enrollment process simple. If you're looking to enroll in Little Miracles please follow the steps listed below:
1. Contact Little Miracles to learn more about the program & join our free online waitlist.
2. Little Miracles will contact you when an opening arises & schedule a tour.
3. Register, Sign Parent Contract Page, and pay Registration Fee.
4. Complete Registration & Enrollment Forms:
- Parent Contract Page,
- Child Information Sheet,
- Parent's Statement on Health of Child,
- Media Consent Form,
- Parent Permission Agreement,
- Child Emergency Info Card,
- provide a copy of child's Birth Certificate,
- provide a copy of child's immunization record,
- Tuition Express Automatic Payments Authorization Form.
additional forms as necessary.
